Has been a program evaluator for numerous federal, state, and foundation grants since 1987. In his 30 years as an educator, Dr. Rudy has served as an elementary, middle and high school mathematics teacher; a curriculum director; and as a university professor. Has taught graduate courses in educational leadership, learning theory, mathematics methods, research methodology, and educational statistics. Dr. Rudy is an active member of both the American Evaluation Association (AEA) and the American Educational Research Association (AERA) and a frequent speaker and presenter.
Ellen L. Rudy
Served as an assistant superintendent for teaching & learning. Has been a principal at both the elementary and high school levels. Taught elementary, middle school, and university levels. Areas of expertise include: team building; staff and community relations; curricula and program planning; professional development of staff; school improvement; and shared decision-making.
